Meet Our Leadership Team

Greg operates as the Group Chief Executive and an Executive Director on the Company’s Board. Greg pulled back from trading as Head of Crude at Onyx in early 2019 to focus on driving the company’s growth and strategic vision full-time. Greg holds a BEng in Biochemical Engineering from University College London.

Omar pulled out of full-time trading in 2022 to oversee operations and expansion in our world-leading market-making operation. Omar also operates as Executive Director on the Company's Board. He holds an M.Sc. and a B.A. Hons. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.

Miles has over 30 years of experience in the oil & gas industry ranging from trading and business development in the Former Soviet Union to building research analysis and data businesses at PIRA Energy Group and Energy Aspects Ltd. Miles is responsible for revenue growth in our non-trading arms from research and data to technology and brokerage.

Henry has over a decade of experience in finance, working in senior operations roles within commodity trading firms. These include Man Group and Mandara Capital where he first met Greg and Omar.

Andrew is a fully ACCA qualified accountant and has worked in various financial roles for the last 30 years. Andrew has extensive experience within the Financial Services industry including Investment and Asset Management, Institutional sales, research, trading and corporate finance. Andrew oversees all finance operations across the Group.
