Co-founder & CEO
Greg operates as the Group Chief Executive and an Executive Director on the Company's Board. He pulled back from trading as Head of Crude at Onyx in early 2019 to focus on driving the company's growth and strategic vision full-time. Greg holds a BEng in Biochemical Engineering from University College London.

Omar pulled out of full-time trading in 2022, where he was Head of Gasoline, to oversee operations and expansion in our world-leading market-making operation. Omar also operates as Executive Director on the Company's Board. He holds an M.Sc. and a B.A. Hons. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cambridge.

John, our Chief of Staff, is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and CMI, bringing extensive HR skills from executive roles at world-class trading and broking organisations. His experience spans mergers and acquisitions, IPO processes and demergers in high-change environments.

Group Operations Director
Henry was Head of Middle Office at Mandara and Man Group, managing teams for fund performance, portfolio rebalancing, FX hedging and risk management, complemented by his CFA charterholder status.
Group Commercial Director
Before Onyx, Nik spent twenty years in brokerage, as a crude swaps broker at Tradition, then an original member of the Aalpha Energy broking desk at OTC. He holds a degree in Economics from Liverpool University.
Executive Director, Onyx Singapore
Ex-COO and Director at Ginga Petroleum, Laren led Ginga Global Markets in energy brokering. Before Onyx he was Head of Derivatives Clearing at SGX and Executive Director at TA Futures.
Executive Director, Onyx Singapore
Formerly a senior light ends trader at Onyx, Lijia founded its Fuel & Middle Distillates desk and now leads Global Macro Trading and the trading expansion of Onyx APAC. He holds an MSc from Imperial College London.
Executive Director, Axis
Head of Onyx Capital Group's business in Dubai, Nathan was previously Group Head of Compliance, responsible for legal and regulatory matters. Prior to Onyx he worked at Amius (formerly Armajaro Securities).
